All appts canceled before 48hrs of service will be canceled with no fee. Any appt canceled less than 48hrs before service will be charged 50% of service. Cancelations on the day of service will be charged 100%. If you are 15 minutes late to your appt it will be considered a no show/canceled appt. *HOLIDAY APPTS MUST GIVE FULL 48hr*
